How do I open my pop-up bouquet?

Gently unfold the bouquet along its existing folds and follow any instructions included with your design. If a piece catches as you open it, stop and check the folds before continuing.

Does my order include a note card or envelope?

Contents vary by design and pack option. Check the product page to see whether your selection includes a note card, envelope, or paper vase. Decorative props shown in photos are included only if the listing says so.

How do I care for my paper bouquet?

Display it indoors in a dry spot. Keep it away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight. If it gets dusty, gently clean it with a dry, soft brush.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
